Bruce Piazza is a seasoned sales executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in financial services, recruiting, and business growth solutions.
He served as the National Sales Director for a prominent commodity futures trading firm with 12 offices and 150 brokers. In this role, he was key part in expanding the company’s sales operations and training initiatives.
As the President and Founder of Sales Team USA he built a successful recruiting and training company that specialized in supporting home-based operators in the merchant services industry, helping professionals develop their sales and business acumen.
Bruce is the Owner and Founder of Paylo Capital, a firm dedicated to providing growth capital for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them scale and achieve financial stability.
With decades of experience in sales leadership and business development, Bruce continues to drive success by connecting businesses with the resources and expertise they need to thrive.
Michael Piazza brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial lending, with a strong record in SBA financing of owner-occupied real estate, equipment, and business acquisitions. Most recently, Piazza served as a Senior Commercial Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase, where he was recognized as a 3-time National Achiever, 6-time National Top Performer,and a 7-year top producer of SBA 504 loans.

Welcome to PAYLO CAPITAL. I wrote the business plan for PAYLO CAPITAL in 2024. I wanted to create a place where entrepreneurs could get financing.

We have a very long and successful record of financing clients who have enhanced their quality of life by using our capital to grow materially in sales and profit.
